These lovebirds just knew what they wanted when they contacted me for they engagement photoshoot. This gorgeous bride wanted a rooftop session with the downtown Atlanta ferris wheel and the city skyline in the background. Who am I to say no? Of course, I said yes to the session! A+ K guided me through Atlanta and pointed out the landmarks and signs they dreamt of having in their engagement photos. Below, you'll see photos with the signs "Atlanta isn't perfect" and "Made with Soul in Atlanta" which set the stage for this spontaneous couple's session.
Our urban adventure took place in a cloudy day, but we just escaped the rain. Spring had not quite sprung yet which didn't stop us from making the best out of the day. Atlanta offers an extensive list of options for those who want a modern urban vibe for engagement photography. I specially enjoyed photographing this engagement session as I celebrated 10 years in Atlanta and realized my true adult life has been spent in this beautiful cosmopolitan city. A+K also shared this sentiment as both came from my home country and have lived in the ATL for most of their adult life.
During the session, we talked about their wedding plans and how A envisioned this boho ceremony and full blown Brazilian party with a band and a long guest list of friends coming from all over the world. The venue they chose was Little River Farms in Alpharetta, GA.
