Making Holiday memories last forever!

The Holidays have always been a favorite of mine. What could be better than gathering our loved ones, good food, over the top decorations, mistletoe, and the amazing smell of pine trees? Nothing, right?

To make these memories last forever, there’s nothing better than having pictures taken. While preparing this post, I came across so many beautiful pictures that took me down memory lane. Shall we see some pictures and families whose beautiful memories I had the pleasure of photographing?

A siling african-american family, mother, father, two daughters and one son, posing in front of a fountain at a swuare during Christmas.

The Scott family being absolutely adorable! Their 2017 session was full of fun and love! I mean, look at those big smiles!

Three african-american children, two girls and one boy, posing in front of a Christmas Garland.

These cuties had a great time, and so did mom and dad.

An african-american couple smiling in front of a Christmas tree.

And then in 2019 they had yet another beautiful session:

An African-american family, mother, father, two girls and one boy, sitting together on a wooden swing, smiling and wearing Christmas themes clothes.

Three siblings, two girls and one boy, sitting together on a bridge, wearing Christmas outfits.

I can’t believe how much the kids have grown! Keeping memories and photographs is fun and also a trip down memory lane. I bet families bring out the Christmas pictures to reminisce and remember good times.

One of the things I love about photographing holiday pictures is how much fun and creativity is involved. I’ve had sessions at the city square, studios, and even at my clients’ living room.

A family, moms and daughter, sitting on the floor of the living room decorated for Christmas, wearing matching plaid pajamas.

I loved how committed Cara’s family was to their Christmas aesthetics. Matching PJs, tree ornaments, stockings, and wrapping paper? Sign me up!

A girl wearing red and black pajamas sitting in front of the fireplace in a living room decorated for Christmas.

A family of three holding each other, smiling in front of the Christmas tree.

A couple kissing under the mistletoe held by their daughter.

And since our puppies are part of the family, even they can be included in the pictures:

A family of three wearing matching plaid pajamas with their dog, all sitting in a living room decorated for Christmas.

Adorable, right?

One of the things that simply can’t be out of Christmas sessions is the man himself, Santa Claus! I’ve taken some studio pictures featuring Santa, and they’re so nice I can’t choose only one.

Santa Claus and a little girl wearing an elf outfit.

Santa Claus and a girl wearing a Christmas sweater.

Two sisters with Santa Claus in a room decorated for Christmas.

I don’t mean to be biased, but these two are simply the cutest kids I’ve ever seen!

While these two have seen a few Christmases, we have our littles who just had their first Christmas! I had the honor of photographing little Walker’s first Christmas:

A chubby baby in a plaid shirt with Santa Claus in a room decorated for Christmas.

A family, mother, father and son, sitting together in a room decorated for Christmas.

There might even be a few hiccups along the way…

A crying baby with Santa Claus in a room decorated for Christmas.

But it’s all worth it! Look at those cheeks!

Tenille and her family also celebrated their babies’ first Christmas in great style, downtown, baby!

A mom and a baby wearing Christmas outfits.

Twin baby boys wearing matching overalls and plaid shirts for Christmas,

A father holding his baby, both posing in front of a car decorated for Christmas.

Some of our sessions even take place at beautiful farms. Samantha and Co. have these amazing shots for life:

Again with the cute cheeks!

Shellie’s beautiful family also had a farm session and I’m here for it!

Some of our adorable families had their laid-back sessions at the Marietta city square, and they look just as beautiful.

An African-american family, mother, father, a toddler and a baby, sitting on a gazebo decorated for Christmas.

Two more studio sessions I simply love:

A mother, her baby, and Santa Claus reading a book in a room decorated for Christmas.

A family, mother, a baby, grandmother, grandfather posing with Santa Claus in a room decorated for Christmas.

A mother and a baby in front of a Christmas tree while Santa Claus is behind the tree.

Anna’s family giving all the cuteness with Santa!

Three African-american kids and Santa Claus checking Santa Claus' bag of gifts, all with surprised faces.

All the personality with these three! The last picture cracks me up every time! Look at that boss kid!

Christmas is also a great inspiration/theme for weddings, I mean, look at Kayla and Eric’s gorgeous wedding:

Bride and groom posing in front of a red barn.

A set of champagne flutes in a tray decorated with Christmas ornaments.

Red bridal shoes and a hair accessory on a tray decorated with Christmas themes.

A wedding cake table decorated with Christmas motifs.

I really enjoyed this trip down memory lane, and I hope to see your families at a session soon!

Happy Holidays from my family to yours,

Nathalia
